We wanted to purchase a summer home in PA and didn’t want to have to use a Realtor, nor travel from FL. Mr. Chriswell handled everything over the phone with us from writing the contract and emailing it to us, to signing all of the documents and doing the closing! It was great. His secretary was awesome as well!
